Description
The Community Marketing Manager is responsible for building advocacy around the Samsung brand in the market. They will build a foundation of trust & expertise in local community groups & social channels (i.e. Nextdoor, Neighborly, Reddit, etc) to develop our client as the go-to solution for Home Entertainment needs. Off the screen, the CDM will be responsible for building, maintaining & consistently improving relationships with store managers to ensure a smooth experience for the Assisted Sales Reps.
CDMs will also be responsible for the training & consistent reinforcement of good habits & sales tactics amongst ASRs (Assisted Sales Reps). When called upon, CDMs will also serve on the floor in an assisted sales capacity.
Responsibilities:
- provide the highest level of flexibility and control through retail relationships, product training, and sales support
- developing relationships with key retail partners/stores
- developing reputation as trusted voice in the community through an active online/social presence
- utilizing reputation to direct interested consumers to our ASRs
- manage and lead sales support teams in their markets
- collecting market info through monthly store visits
- provide and drive brand awareness and sales through formal and informal training.
- engage customers, understand their needs, create lifestyle solutions, and closing the sale.

- Monthly report consolidating marketplace findings to include:
- ads observed for Samsung and competitive brands

- in store activity of our client and its competitors.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Salary: $52,752.00 per year
