- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create SCORM files and assist with implementing a new LMS system
- Work with managers and clients to determine training criteria
- Build and assign e-learnings using Adobe Captivate
- Film and edit training videos
- Produce and execute assessment tools
- Provide assessment data back to departmental managers to verify individual performance
- Authors, reviews, or edits support documents
- Participate in pilot installations to validate and improve training material
- Maintain and update materials libraries in internal cloud-based system
- Work with the Training Manager to develop and execute initiatives to improve the training department
- Competency: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong background in Microsoft Office with a focus on PowerPoint
- Experience with Adobe Captivate
- Web development skills are a plus
- Required Education and ExperienceMinimum 1-2 years of SCORM file creation and LMS experience
- Experience with field deployment is a plus
