Hourly Rate - $23.50/hr

Drive Time - $15.00/hr + $0.50/mileage

**Hourly compensation, plus monthly and quarterly bonus potential based on meeting visit goals and sales metric results established by management.

Overview:

We are looking for an engaging, and enthusiastic Trainer that can deliver products and sales messages to sales associates in multiple retail stores, as well as promote and demonstrate products for a leading drone company.

The candidate should have diverse skills that include a focus on detail, relationship building and the ability to communicate effectively with key personnel (retail store sales associates, store managers) and consumers. This position combines weekly product demonstrations/trainings and product promotions for consumers and store personnel.

This is a Full-Time position that offers:

· Flexible hours between 10am – 7pm.

· W2 position with bi-weekly pay

· Medical/Dental/Vision & 401k Plan

· Paid training

· Paid drive time AND mileage

· Paid Part 107 certification testing fee (up to $175) from the Federal Aviation Administration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Build in-store relationships with store management, department management and sales associates to promote products and launches

· Drive awareness of product features and benefits, manage mar-com materials, and drive marketing initiatives with assigned retail partners

· Execute assigned/scheduled store visits as agreed to on a weekly/monthly basis

· Conduct formal trainings and presentations for store personnel

· Engage retail consumers to increase sales of products and accessories

· Gather field intelligence and information concerning products and competitive landscape

· Provide timely reporting and feedback regarding store visits and territory/market

· Build and maintain senior management level relationships at local retailers including store managers and category supervisors

· Ensure products are displayed properly and maximize the visual presentation

Requirements:

· Over the age of 18

· Current Driver’s License and insurance

· Must have reliable transportation and be able to manage travel within budget

· Part 107 certification will be required within 60 days of job offer

· Previous training and/or brand ambassador experience is preferred but not required

· Must have a good understanding of consumer drones

· Must be capable of achieving and maintaining senior management level relationships at local retailers including store managers and category supervisors

· Must demonstrate ability to work with retail sales associates and store management teams

· Must have good English written and oral communications skills, and ability to work effectively with remote supervision

· Must possess the ability to present to small or larger audiences in an effective and convincing manner

· Must be able to maximize use of assets to gain highest level of consumer and retail sales associate awareness and preference

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

· Must have an Android or Apple mobile device for uploading photos and data upon completion of assignments


Required Education and Experience:

· High School diploma preferred

· 3-5 years of relevant experience
