Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Oversee the Treasury activities of MTI including cash management, collection, and payable functions.

·       Responsible for developing and managing banking relationships, including forecasting, managing investments, and general oversight to promote business growth and risk management.

·       Coordinates the company’s financing and investment activities.

·       Oversees the preparation of periodic financial statements, activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.

·       Ensures that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or international financial reporting standards.

·       Reviews financial details from past, present, and forecasted operations; identifies development opportunities and improvements that can be made.

·       Advises business units on and assists with implementation of customer credit limits.

·       Collaborates with external auditors to provide information needed for the annual audit.

·       Manage the Accounts Payable and Receivable Teams.

·       Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

Competency: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

 

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration required; Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience preferred/required
  • CFA designation highly preferred.
