About the Position:
MTI is looking for an experienced Training Programs Manager. The Training Programs Manager (TPM) will support the delivery of projects, programs, and initiatives designed to develop the skills and abilities of Field Service Resources that support our diverse client base. The TPM will work across all areas of Learning and Development in both a strategic and administrative capacity. This role contributes to the overall success of Learning and Development (L&D) and ensures excellence in execution of all L&D projects. This role will maintain clear and consistent communications across L&D, the larger Talent community, and with inner-company stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the training team and contribute to the development and delivery of consistent programs and experiences
- Coordinate and manage key internal and external relationships
- Execute many day-to-day operations of the training department
- Capture the results of our services/products and track program results
- Maintain various data bases
- Serve as the primary project and initiative manager for various short-cycle, and ad-hoc projects
- Assist with more complex and/or longer-cycle projects
Requirements

Education and Experience
- Four-year college or university degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a program or department support role
- Experience with the following software is a plus:
- Captivate
- SalesForce
- TRAILHEAD/TrailMix,
- FSL (knowledge articles maintenance),
- Rhinoceros 3D
- SolidWorks
