*This is a hybrid role with a combination of three days per week in our Boca office and two days per week remote*
The Role:
Torticity is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be focused on planning and allocating resources, structuring, and monitoring progress while keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will work closely with the Torticity leadership team, within the framework of achieving organizational goals and prioritize initiatives by planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in timely fashion and within budget. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent interpersonal communication skills, be highly organized, have leadership experience and be comfortable with disrupting the status-quo while maintaining a strict HIPAA compliant environment.
Role Responsibilities Include:
• Build and develop operational process workflows for internal teams
• Coordinate and complete projects on time within budget and scope
• Effectively manage internal stake holders by planning, directing, managing, and coordinating day-to-day business activities and campaign related initiatives and projects
• Function as a central internal stakeholder by partnering with relevant teams to provide timely information and resources to law firm clients
• Executive project oversight, drive weekly meetings, track, and provide client status reports
• Perform data analysis, extracting key insights necessary to enable vertical teams to optimize case work-up processes
• Build account plans and provide regular status updates on campaign progress against key performance indicators to Torticity’s leadership team
• Outlines the tasks involved in the project and prioritize accordingly
• Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project
• Conducts risk assessments, reports identified risks to management, provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate)
• Communicates and collaborates with leadership, operations and tech teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems
Experience/Skills:
• Extremely strong project management experience and skills with ability to set and adhere to timelines and milestones for deliverables
• Minimum of 4+ years of project management
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, detail oriented and inquisitive to a fault with a bias towards accomplishments and exceeding established goals
• Proficiency in data analytics and Excel with a solid understanding of VLOOKUP functions, use of PivotTables and basic data normalization techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and within short time constrains in a complex system and business integrated environment
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently as well as in a team environment
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism with confidential and sensitive information
• Must be available to travel on occasion
• Proficient with Microsoft office tools
• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
• PMP Preferred
• Bi-lingual or Multi-lingual a plus
