The Role:
You will support our team by assisting in overseeing of lead generation programs with the ultimate goal of driving qualified leads, optimized for down-funnel conversion. You will be tasked with everything from day-to-day campaign optimization, assessment of third-party lead providers and closely collaborate with our operations team. The candidate must be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and technical skills and the ability to make recommendations based on data insights.
You Will:
• Use a data driven approach to assess campaign success, develop track KPI metrics, and optimize future campaign tactics
• Assist with assessing lead spend results and tracking proven case progress against a set timeline
• Create and implement email marketing journeys for product users across various mass tort verticals
• Communicate and collaborate with third party lead vendors as needed
• Support our team’s strategic vision through execution of onboarding new lead providers and overseeing the day-to-day campaign needs.
• Analyze campaign performance to inform ongoing lead gen strategies and target segments
• Collaborate with our Sr. Lead Data Analyst on Reporting and Analytics, run weekly reporting numbers and share with internal stakeholders as needed.
• Work to make an impact on the team by uncovering opportunities and efficiencies within current workstreams and dataset analysis
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of post-university work experience and a BA/BS in a related field such as business, marketing, or communications
• An analytical mind who uses a ‘test and learn’ approach to work
• A desire to uncover and develop efficiencies in processes
• Excellent written communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changeable environment, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Ability to work cross functionally with Operations, Tech, Design, Analytics, and other key teams beyond one’s reporting line
Even Better:
• Experience with CRM tools and API integrations is a plus
• Experience building email marketing journeys with SendGrid of Mailchimp is a plus
