Job Summary

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for owning and driving strategy across Torticity's Lit-Tech platform, spanning internal operational systems, law firm portals, and claimant-facing experiences in a B2B2C business model.

This is not a backlog-management role. You will define what we build, why it matters, and how it drives measurable business outcomes. You'll operate in an empowered product trio model (Product, Design, Engineering) where your team participates in discovery together, co-creates solutions, and shares ownership of outcomes. You'll have real authority over a high-impact domain that directly affects growth, efficiency, and customer experience.

You'll work closely with the Director of Product and company leadership on strategic direction – but within your domain, you are empowered to make decisions, set priorities, and drive execution. Solutions are not dictated top-down; you and your team will own the "how." If you're excited about solving complex, real-world problems at the intersection of legal, operational scale, and technology, this role is for you.

What You’ll Own

  • End-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a core opportunity area.

  • Clear prioritization tied to business outcomes, not feature requests.

  • Data-informed KPIs that measure real impact – you define what success looks like for your domain and hold your team accountable to it.

  • Cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Data and Operations.

  • Customer discovery across law firm clients, case managers, and claimants.

  • You will have meaningful autonomy within your domain and direct exposure to company leadership on major product decisions.

What You’ll Drive

  • Define and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with company objectives.

  • Translate ambiguous problems into well-framed opportunities and experiments.

  • Partner closely with engineering and design, comfortable engaging in technical discussions and working with APIs, system integrations, and data flows to drive informed product decisions.

  • Identify and execute high-leverage opportunities to integrate AI and automation into our platform, improving operational efficiency, decision-making, and user experience at scale.

  • Leverage AI tools in your own workflows – from research and discovery to writing product specs, analyzing data, and accelerating day-to-day execution.

  • Lead stakeholder discussions, including making principled “no” decisions when necessary.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and user experience across a multi-sided platform.

  • Define clear success metrics and hold your domain accountable to measurable outcomes.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated ownership of a complex product area.

  • Track record of shipping software products that drove measurable business impact.

  • Technically fluent – comfortable engaging in architectural discussions and understanding system constraints, APIs, and data flows.

  • Experience building AI-enabled product capabilities, with strong judgment around practical applications and measurable impact.

  • Strong strategic thinker who can connect user problems to company-level objectives.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and defining structure where none exists

  • Adaptable and curious – willing to evolve your process and embrace emerging technology trends as the landscape shifts.

  • Skilled in stakeholder management and executive communication.

  • Analytical and able to translate data into insights and decisive action.

  • Energized by building in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

  • Experience in B2B or B2B2C platforms is preferred. Experience in legal tech or operationally complex industries is a plus.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, vision, and health insurance coverage.

  • Life insurance and short/long-term disability insurance.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts.

  • Comprehensive support for every unique path to parenthood.

  • 401k plan.

  • Complimentary Calm subscription to support mental well-being.

  • Employee Assistance Program.

  • Holiday Pay, including 11 paid holidays.

  • Flexible PTO and Discretionary Time Off for balance and personal needs.
