About the Role
Being our Senior Manager, Strategic Law Firm Partnerships (Personal Injury) is an exciting opportunity to focus on building and managing relationships for our key law firm partners within our Personal Injury vertical. As the Senior Manager, Strategic Law Firm Partnerships (Personal Injury), you will be responsible for onboarding new law firm partners and building relationships by gathering and implementing the law firm’s scope of work with cross-functional internal teams including operations, tech, product, data and finance. You’ll continue to oversee the success of these campaigns throughout the entire life cycle of their case docket. You will also have an opportunity to help our team evaluate current processes and contribute to improved streamlining of the overall client experience. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent interpersonal communication skills and can effectively manage projects with a deep sense of urgency and ownership, while operating in a strict HIPAA-compliant environment.
You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…
• Manage the relationships of existing law firm clients with a growth mindset.
• Conduct weekly calls with law firm clients and internal operations managers
• Capture and take action on law firm requests, including procedural adjustments/enhancements
• Capture and take action on reporting requirements and requests
• Capture and take action on technology enhancements and requests
• Collaborate with the personal injury operations team to maximize growth with existing clients
• Create, analyze, and distribute reports to navigate dashboards and assess ingestion trends
• Provide Strategic solutions for law firm constraints and configurations
• Drive the end-to-end onboarding process upon SOW execution
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from contract signature to onboarding
• Articulate the benefits and features of Torticity’s proprietary portal
• Provide demonstrations to increase early adoption by core firm stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between management and stakeholders on key initiatives and best practices
We’re Excited About You Because You Have..
At least one of the following:
- 5 + years working at a high-volume plaintiff personal injury firm
- 5 + years working as a bodily injury or uninsured/underinsured adjusting role at a major nationwide insurer
- 5 + years in a sales-oriented role at a legal technology company
- Experience as the Owner/Operator of a standalone paralegal service (personal injury claims
• Outsourced Case Management experience
• Nurse Case Management (PI-specific) experience
• Demand Generation Vendors experience
• Worked closely with the claim adjusting staff with insurance companies or TPAs
• 5 + years in the personal injury legal or insurance industry
• Sound understanding of law firm operations
• Experience with monday.com
• Sound understanding of the personal injury process (pre-litigation is preferred)

Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive competitive salary, benefits, and variable compensation. The salary for U.S.-based employees in this role will be within the range listed below. Compensation is determined by various factors, including experience, location, and performance. This position is also eligible for variable compensation based on individual and company performance.
💰 Salary Range:
$90,00 to 110,000 USD annually
