Passionate about entrepreneurship: advising, coaching, and supporting diverse-led business owners?
Experienced in facilitating through a virtual meeting tool (Zoom, Webex, Google Meet)?
Do you have a BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, or relevant discipline? (MBA preferred.)
Founders First Community Development Corporation (FFCDC) is looking for a Challenge Program Facilitator for our Minneapolis/St.Paul, Minnesota area to run workshops for small diverse-led businesses.

Your Responsibilities:
Co-facilitate four (4) workshops of four (4) hours each, every other week in the evenings for eight weeks a year using our proprietary, proven successful curriculum
Attend the new member orientation approximately one week prior to the start of the program
Attend the monthly facilitator meetings
Conduct two 30-minute coaching calls per member and submit call notes for each session
This is a contract position. Compensation includes onboarding fee, facilitation fee, and a monthly stipend when not teaching
The program is currently 100% virtual You may be required to present in a formal in person workshop setting as well.
