Senior Salesforce Administrator (Hybrid San Diego Office)

Founders First Capital Partners (FFCP), a small business accelerator, providing mentorship and flexible loans to companies run by diverse leaders, is looking for a talented, self-motivated Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team! 


As a member of the FFCP team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining our Salesforce.com implementation, so that our Sales, Business Operations and Marketing teams can best deploy our unique revenue-based financing to help diverse-led founders grow their business, create premium-wage jobs and help close the wealth gap.


The ideal candidate should be highly knowledgeable in all areas of Salesforce (Lightning Components, Community Cloud, flows etc.), as well as having excellent communication skills as the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders is essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate keen attention to detail, an ability to work independently and have a background in financial services.


Furthermore, the ideal candidate will be based in San Diego, CA and be able to be on-site 2-3 days per week to fully participate in our unique and vibrant company culture.



Your Focus

  • Responsible for configuration, design, functionality and end-user support of the Salesforce.com platform.

  • Work with other administrators to configure and maintain best practice architecture, custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, flows, approval processes, installed packages, etc. within Salesforce.com.

  • Implement and maintain Community Cloud sites including partner sites, user sites, and informational sites.

  • Manage the integration of applications connected to Salesforce.com, including but not limited to FormStack, HubSpot, Zapier, Zoom, DialPad, etc.

  • Collaborate with Business Operations, Marketing and other business stakeholders to drive high levels of data integrity and operational reliability of our standardized business analytics, tools and processes.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience developing on and/or administrating Salesforce.com platform. 

  • Demonstrated experience in developing custom objects, flows, validation rules, and triggers in SFDC.

  • Experience with the Community Cloud platform, both login and member - from implementation to maintenance.

  • Ability to develop effective relationships with business users, technical staff and executive management. 

  • Experience with modern Javascript frameworks like React, Node.js, Angular JS, Vue.js


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a Financial Services company (preferred) 

  • Experience with writing and maintaining Lightning Web Components

  • Experience with Serverless architecture and AWS Lambdas           

  • SFDC Advanced Administration Certification


Location 

  • Based in San Diego, CA

  • Remote 2 days, in San Diego office 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) 


Compensation

  • $120,000 - $140,000 annual salary
