About Us:
Founders First Capital Partners (FFCP) is a small business accelerator and revenue-based venture fund that provides both business expansion support programs and funding that enables underserved, underrepresented small businesses to transition to be an improved profitable, thriving, bankable multi-million-dollar, job creating companies.
Founders First Community Development Corporation (FFCDC) is a not-for-profit partner that FFCP supports in its delivery of education and support programs for underserved business owners through the Challenge program which is for service-based, revenue generating businesses with annual revenues between $50K - $250K. FFCDC delivers proprietary business expansion curriculum to educate the underserved small business community.
The FFCDC is looking for a Small Business Expansion Program Facilitator for our NJ/PA area to lead workshops for small diverse-led businesses.

The program is currently 100% virtual but we plan to move to a hybrid model soon. So you may be required to present in a formal in person workshop setting as well.
Your Responsibilities:
Co-facilitate four (4) workshops of four (4) hours each every other week in the evenings for 8 weeks a year using our proprietary, proven successful curriculum
Attend at least one new member orientation approximately one week prior to the start of the program
Attend a monthly facilitator meeting
Schedule three 30-minute coaching calls per member and submit call notes for each
Qualifications:
Ability to deliver and facilitate evening workshops online
Must be based in the South New Jersey/Philadelphia area.
Must have a growth mindset and passion for entrepreneurship: i.e: advising, coaching, and supporting small diverse-led business owners.
Must have hands-on experience facilitating through a virtual meeting tool
BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, or relevant discipline. MBA preferred.
Compensation: onboarding fee, facilitation fee, and a monthly stipend when not facilitating.
