The Impact Investor Relations Manager is responsible for positioning and maintenance of all investment portfolios. The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for coordinating investor subscriptions, capital calls, and distributions in coordination with the finance and accounting teams. You will be responsible for facilitating Investor Briefings and thought leadership events and webinars. This role will be critical in facilitating new investment partner relationship engagements and is integral to excellent investor servicing and care.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year with a $3,000 signing bonus
The Investor Relations Manager will play a meaningful role in enhancing the firm’s investment services and retention.
You will be responsible for new investor onboarding, continual investor communications, and overall investor satisfaction from a service standpoint
Serves as contact for investors as the primary relationship manager
Serves as a support role for complex investor relationships
Collaborate with support staff to deliver a best-in-class investor experience
Presentations to investors on financial matters with little or no oversight
Actively promote the firm’s brand and value proposition to existing investors
Assist senior/lead advisors and firm principals as needed
Contribute to a team environment with the purpose of keeping the investor experience front of mind
Run performance and auditing reports on a weekly basis
Coordinating Investor Communications:
Quarterly Investor Reporting: Statements, Portfolio Updates and Tax Reporting
Coordinating Investor Subscriptions, Capital Calls, Distributions with Finance and Accounting
Facilitating Investor Briefings and Thought Leadership Events and Webinars
Facilitating New Investment Partner Relationship Engagements
Facilitating Investor Compliance with our Securities Legal Firms

Experience:
