This position performs the Survey Review quality control service group within the Consulting Science Services department of QualityMetric (QM). QM licenses surveys to hundreds of users each year. All users must submit to QM electronically programmed, or otherwise reproduced survey forms for quality review to ensure accurate migration to study-specific use. The position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to focus for long periods of time, and to manage multiple tasks each week. QM will provide training for the required skills for this position.

Major Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct thorough, detailed review of transcribed or programmed survey materials to detect and document deviations from source content. Deviations may include but are not limited to formatting, content accuracy, and other typographical errors, 
  • Communicate review findings with precision and accuracy using the standardized form and process.
  • Follow established file management and version control procedures.
  • Assumes responsibility for completing tasks in a given timeline and in accordance with quality standards.
  • Follows company and department standard operating procedures.
  • Interacts effectively and collegially with all employees, fostering a supportive and cross departmental sharing environment.

  • Meets deadlines and follows up without being prompted, makes effective use of time.

Education: 

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 

  • No experience required; but familiarity with document management or quality control processes is helpful.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) would be preferred.

  • Highly detail oriented.
  • Ability to perform document comparison tasks which require good visual acuity.
