Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our online sales channels, oversee digital marketing efforts, and enhance the customer experience across our e-commerce platforms. This role also requires expertise in social media strategy to drive traffic, increase engagement, and support revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

       E-Commerce Management:

       Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.) to achieve sales goals.

       Monitor website performance, including user experience, conversion rates, and SEO optimization.

       Oversee product listings, pricing, and inventory management to ensure accurate and timely updates.

       Analyze sales data and customer behavior to make informed decisions and drive growth.

       Social Media Strategy and Management:

       Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to e-commerce platforms.

       Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest).

       Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize campaigns and boost performance.

       Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance social media reach and engagement.

       Digital Marketing:

       Plan and execute paid ad campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and retargeting campaigns.

       Manage email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.

       Utilize data analytics tools to track campaign performance and ROI.

       Implement strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings through SEO and content marketing.

       Customer Engagement and Support:

       Monitor customer inquiries and reviews across platforms, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

       Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve issues and gather feedback.

       Implement loyalty programs or campaigns to increase customer retention.

 

Requirements:

       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

       Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.

       Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

       Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.

       Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools.

       Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

       Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing trends.

 

Preferred Skills:

       Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite)

       Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web development tools is a plus.

       Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms.
