We are looking for an entrepreneurial, intellectually curious, and strategic Senior Product Manager who is looking to make an impact at an early-stage start-up that is disrupting the HR space.

In this role, you will help execute the product vision and strategy and work collaboratively in a fully autonomous, cross-functional product team. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll manage the roadmap for our core product. Collaboration, innovation, and speed are core aspects of this role.

The Role:

  • You’ll work closely with customers, stakeholders, design and engineering teams to identify opportunities, incorporate feedback and refine requirements and user stories

  • You’ll own the strategy and roadmap for our core product to prioritize solutions based on business and customer impact, industry innovation and leveraging the latest technology to solve real user problems

  • You’ll articulate a clear vision for new product features and aim to surprise and delight our customers at every turn

  • You’ll leverage data, both qualitative and quantitative, to inform product strategy and decisions

  • You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to drive adoption and optimize customer experience

  • You’ll advocate for a culture of innovation, collaboration and experimentation with a deep focus and understanding of customer needs and objectives

  • You’ll instill a feeling of ownership, empowerment and autonomy to your product team with a focus on outcomes rather than output

About You:

  • You have 6+ years of product management experience, preferably at a fast-growing B2B SaaSp

  • Marketplace experience a plus

  • You have demonstrated experience owning product lifecycle and roadmaps and have successfully delivered and evolved a product in market

  • You have demonstrated experience improving products based on customer feedback, stakeholder interactions, and through developing a strong understanding of the future needs of the market

  • You have experience working independently to manage complex technical initiatives while also working cross-functionally towards a shared goal

  • You are a keen practitioner in rapid testing and learning - early and often - to help validate (or invalidate) product ideas

  • You are data driven and leverage them to make informed product decisions

  • You are intellectually curious with an entrepreneurial spirit, an innovative thinker and stay up to date with the latest trends in technology

  • You have a vast toolkit at your disposal to maximize your product discovery efforts

  • You have working knowledge of Agile development methodologies and best practices

  • You have excellent communication and leadership skills, high EQ and take a collaborative and empathetic approach to problem solving
