Do you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills? Do you have basic understanding of computer technology and IT support? At Webhelp, we are looking for a IT Helpdesk for our USA facilities that knows how to communicate with users to understand issues and provide solutions.
We want someone with basic understanding of networks that assist in recording and processing incidents and service requests according to process specifications. You’ll be responsible for documenting and resolving incidents.

What you’ll be doing
- Accepting inbound requests via phone, chat, email and ticket queues
- Forwarding incidents which cannot be resolved to downstream support groups according to process specifications
- Initiating escalations according to process specifications
- Working collaboratively supporting team via Skype/Lync
- Assisting with training and supporting fellow agents
What you’ll need
- Experience in customer service ideally gained in a customer facing environment
- English proficiency in both verbal & written form
- Must be culturally sensitive; appreciate cultural differences
- A+, Network +, HDI and/or Microsoft certifications a plus
- ITIL v3 a plus
- Diverse browser support experience (Internet Explorer, Chrome, & Firefox)
- PC hardware
- Ability to work well under pressure, set priorities and comfortable making quick decisions
