Webhelp has an exciting opportunity available for a Level 2 IT Service Desk Agent to join a talented and inclusive team of IT professionals. The Service Desk Agent will accept inbound requests via phone, chat, email, and ticket queues and provide excellent support for user issues. This remote role offers a favorable salary and benefits for the successful applicant.

 

Some of your daily responsibilities in this IT role will include:

-        Recording and processing incidents and service requests according to process specifications

-        Communicating with users to understand issues and provide known solutions

-        Initiating escalations according to process specifications

-        Assisting with training and supporting fellow agents

-        Working collaboratively supporting team via Skype/Lync/Circuit

 

The successful IT Service Desk Agent will have 2 years of work experience in an IT related field and prior experience in customer service. Service Desk or Deskside experience is preferred, but not required. You must be culturally sensitive, professional in demeanor and proficient in both written and verbal English. A+, Network +, HDI and/or Microsoft certifications are preferred.

 

Knowledge of the following computer technologies are also required:

     Windows Client

     Microsoft Outlook & Microsoft Office programs

     Diverse browser support experience (Internet Explorer, Chrome, & Firefox)

     PC hardware and mobile devices

     Corporate network and network printer support
