About the Role
We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growing team! You will be responsible for helping potential new customers in the form of providing product information, placing online orders and managing our B2B sales. We are also looking for someone to help us create amazing systems that allow us to work more efficiently and sell more products.
Responsibilities
• Provide information about the products to proactively solve issues or concerns
• Achieve monthly sales and / or channel goals as assigned by management
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory or vertical market
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Be responsible for financial impact of deals
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Develop and maintain systems for cohesive experience and message- internally and externally
• Place inbound orders for enterprise level customers
• Be an ambassador for our products and overall brand
• Travel up to 50% post COVID-19
About You
• Previous experience in customer success, sales, account management or other related fields
• Previous experience leading a sales meetings, monthly business review, creating effective proposals
• Previous experience creating leads, hustling, and being respectfully tenacious
• Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer experience
• Ability to negotiate prices, long-term deals that lead to lifelong customers
• Ability to prioritize high level customer needs and multitask day-to-day tasks
• Positive and professional demeanor with the ability to deliver and accept constructive feedback
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with SalesForce/HubSpot is preferred
