Client Success Advocate

The Client Success Advocate will be a driving force in helping clients continue to improve and see the value with their implementations while building strong relationships and providing value-add opportunities. The Client Success Advocate will also be a leader for the Delivery Sales group while working closely with our PMO/Delivery team to keep a pulse on the client and point out areas for improvement/growth. As Client Success Advocate, your responsibility will be to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved working on a partial commission-based structure.

Other duties include:

  • Building strong relationships with clients
  • Account management
  • Writing proposals for clients and working with them throughout the sales process
  • Hitting sales quotas
  • Setting client expectations with the help of the Project Management team
  • Handling client escalations as needed
  • Conducting regular client interviews to identify problems and opportunities for improvement
  • Creating reports about client satisfaction levels and identifying trends in areas that need improvement
  • Ensuring that clients are getting optimal value from their solutions by recommending changes where necessary

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts/clients with multiple sales cycles
  • Knowledge of data analysis and research techniques
  • Possess strong critical thinking, problem solving, presentation, time management, organizational, project management and communication skills
  • Ability to understand big picture impact of engagements while attending to the details
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM software preferred
