Other duties may include:
- Assist clients with organizational change management
- Consult with clients to understand and improve their ERP related processes; designing solutions to address any gaps in their business
- Document detailed business workflows and requirements for process change
- Design and Execute data conversion plans between systems
- Track action items and owners of those items
- Identify and communicate project risks
- Prepare weekly status reports for assigned implementation engagements
- Act as an engagement manager when required
- Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing and customer service including significant, meaningful use or administration of an industry-leading ERP system
- Proven experience as a consultant
- Knowledge of data analysis and research techniques
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage large project budgets
- Possess strong leadership, problem solving, time management, organizational, project management and communication skills
- Ability to understand big picture impact of ERP engagements while attending to the details
- Willingness to travel
- Experience with implementing CRM software preferred
