Other duties may include:

• Assist clients with organizational change management
• Consult with clients to understand and improve their ERP related processes; designing solutions to address any gaps in their business
• Document detailed business workflows and requirements for process change
• Design and Execute data conversion plans between systems
• Track action items and owners of those items
• Identify and communicate project risks
• Prepare weekly status reports for assigned implementation engagements
• Act as an engagement manager when required
• Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner
