Lido Labs is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Paid Search Strategist to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who combines deep hands-on platform expertise with strategic thinking and advanced data analysis. You’ll own paid search campaigns end-to-end, proactively identifying growth opportunities, solving problems before they escalate, and continuously optimizing for measurable impact.
As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering both tactical execution and strategic insights that inform business direction. You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and work with a dotted line to the Chief Operating Officer to ensure paid search contributes meaningfully to revenue growth and profitability.
This is a full-time, U.S.-based remote role. We expect a standard 40-hour workweek, during typical business hours, with your professional focus exclusively dedicated to Lido Labs during that time.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Ownership: Translate high-level business goals into actionable paid search strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and manage campaigns with a relentless focus on ROAS, customer acquisition, and profit contribution.

Optimization & Scaling: Continuously test bidding strategies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximize efficiency and growth.

Advanced Data Analysis: Proactively monitor performance trends, diagnose issues, and make rapid adjustments to ensure consistent delivery against targets.

Budget Management: Own pacing and allocation across accounts and campaigns, aligning spend to business priorities and performance.

Performance Reporting: Deliver clear, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to marketing leadership and executive stakeholders.

Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of platform changes, betas, and emerging paid media trends; recommend and test new approaches.

Collaboration: Partner with marketing, analytics, and operations teams to align paid search strategy with broader organizational objectives.
Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on experience running and optimizing paid search campaigns with measurable results.

Proven ability to manage large budgets and optimize toward ROAS, CPA, and profitability.

Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, with strong understanding of bidding strategies, match types, and audience targeting.

Analytical mindset with advanced ability to interpret data, spot patterns, and react quickly with solutions.

Demonstrated experience proactively solving campaign and performance issues before they impact results.

Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, or similar).

Familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution models, and tag management.
