Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Partnership Development Program Coordinator to support and expand our growing network of B2B relationships at Concealed Coalition. This role will serve as the key liaison between our organization and partner ranges, retailers, and firearm training companies, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring seamless onboarding and engagement.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying new partnership opportunities, supporting sales initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure the successful implementation of B2B programs. This individual will collaborate with sales, marketing, and training teams to deliver impactful partner materials, track revenue performance, and oversee logistics for events and program launches. Strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to drive partner satisfaction are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Partnership Development & Support
● Serve as the day-to-day liaison between Concealed Coalition and partner ranges, retail stores, or firearm training companies.
● Support onboarding of new B2B partners, ensuring all necessary paperwork, certifications, and agreements are properly processed, filed, and organized.
● Assist in identifying and researching potential partner businesses in targeted regions.
Sales & Revenue Coordination
● Track partnership-generated revenue and assist with reporting on sales key performance indicators (KPI).
● Support outside sales efforts by preparing custom partnership proposals, pitch decks, and follow-up materials.
● Maintain and update CRM records with lead and partner activity for accurate forecasting and reporting.
Marketing Strategy Development
● Work with marketing and training departments to create and manage assets for B2B partnerships.
Program Implementation & Logistics
● Work closely with the training team to execute product fulfillment and delivery during the onboarding of new customers and the launch of new services.
● Coordinate all aspects of event and tradeshow participation, including scheduling, asset creation (booth materials, signage, handouts), and appointment-setting with potential partners or clients during the event.
● Work closely with the core team to align B2B partner offerings with internal capabilities.
Partner Onboarding & Enablement
● Ensure partners have marketing materials, signage, and digital assets to promote B2B programs or certification services.
● Collect and organize compliance documents in conjunction with new partners.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration.
● Communicate with the Core Team to ensure operational excellence across partner engagements.
● Help troubleshoot issues for partners and ensure timely resolution with internal teams.
