Lido Labs is seeking a data-driven, hands-on Paid Search Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on taking strategic direction and turning it into high-performing paid search campaigns—someone who enjoys being “hands on keyboard” in platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

You’ll be responsible for launching, managing, and continuously optimizing campaigns with a relentless focus on what’s working. You'll identify performance trends, course-correct quickly when needed, and double down on proven strategies to drive consistent results.

This is a full-time, U.S.-based remote role reporting directly to the Director of Marketing. We expect a standard 40-hour workweek, during typical business hours, with your professional focus exclusively dedicated to Lido Labs during that time.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, launch, and manage paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads, ensuring alignment with ROAS targets and business goals

  • Develop and implement keyword strategies, including match types, negative keyword lists, and ongoing query mining to refine targeting

  • Optimize bidding strategies (tCPA, Max Conversions, Manual CPC, etc.) to maximize efficiency and hit performance goals

  • Monitor and manage daily and monthly budgets, ensuring optimal spend pacing and alignment with acquisition targets

  • Conduct campaign audits to identify underperforming elements, resolve issues, and uncover opportunities for growth

  • Analyze campaign performance across multiple attribution models and conversion windows to guide budget allocation and optimization

  • Test and iterate ad creatives, extensions, audience segments, and landing page variants to improve CTR, Quality Score, and conversion rate

  • Provide regular performance reporting with insights and clear recommendations to internal stakeholders

  • Stay current on platform updates, beta opportunities, algorithm changes, and paid media best practices to inform strategy and execution

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience running and optimizing paid search campaigns

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads

  • Comfort in a tactical role—you’re not just setting the strategy, you’re executing it

  • Experience adjusting bids, testing ad variations, and leveraging performance data for iteration

  • Confidence navigating analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and PowerBI

  • Ability to distill data into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Familiarity with conversion tracking, tag management, and attribution troubleshooting a plus
