Title: Sales Development Representative - SDR

Location: Remote US (must be able to converse with target prospects between 9-5pm hours of the prospect company's US headquarter location)

About the Role
Executing a consistent outreach cadence of cold calling, emailing and other touch points with potential customers to generate new sales opportunities
Developing new sales prospects, cultivating relationships, identifying needs, pain points and opportunities
Leveraging data, tools, and new platforms to accelerate the sales process
Setting up proposal meetings and sales calls between potential customers and Sales Executives
Learning the tech and industry (as needed) in order to provide an elite demonstration of our capabilities and confident sales proposals

Represent our products and services with a clear understanding and demonstration of their value.
Challenge the industry by presenting dynamic data, expense savings and employee satisfaction opportunities to their teams.
Report to your Sales Manager with Weekly and Quarterly progress.
Contribute to the knowledge and learning of your team and the rest of the organization.
Work within HubSpot daily.

We desire these experiences
Successfully prospecting via phone & email to secure demo appointments for Sellers that present a live zoom or equivalent demo.
Leveraging a CRM tool such as Hubspot to enrol target prospects in a phone/email/drip marketing sequences.
Following corresponding cadence scripts to connect & engage with each prospect and convert them into accepting a zoom demo appointment.
Following a self-disciplined approach each day to effectively connect with as many prospects as possible and net additive demo appointments.
Having worked in a start-up stage or scale-up cycle.
Representing SaaS offerings.
Any related work within the Hybrid Workplace or Real Estate coworking space is helpful.
