About the role

You are responsible for developing pivotal, ongoing partner relationships with a portfolio of strategic supply partners. You are responsible for promoting growth, retention, supply depth, and strong partnerships. You are the partner relationship manager that ensures our customers successfully setup, launch, and manage their LiquidSpace listings to support the needs of our partners and our Enterprise customers. You are process driven, customer-obsessed, and you have best-in-class organizational agility.

How will you contribute value to LiquidSpace

  • Develop strong, supportive relationships with LiquidSpace’s top supply partners, strategic business partners, and technology partners. 

  • Collaborate to ensure that LiquidSpace has growing, accurate on demand inventory across your portfolio of partners.

  • Accountability for partner success metrics that include # of strategic partner locations listed in LiquidSpace, number of on-demand spaces listed, and customer satisfaction.

  • Build strategic success plans that allow for the management of a large, customer portfolio.

  • Develop mastery of the LiquidSpace marketplace and platform solutions inside and out. Provide training and encourage engagement of our product with venue contacts that include executives, regional leaders, and individual venue administrators.

  • Coordinate with partner acquisition colleagues on handover, retention, integration, and expansion initiatives.

  • Coordinate with Product colleagues to provide partner product feedback and drive the product roadmap supporting deeper supply engagement.

  • Serve as a thought-leadership partner bringing knowledge and expertise in flex work, WaaS, Enterprise workplace transformation, and workplace trends to help our partners adapt and plan for the future of work and their role in the large flex workspace landscape.

We need these skills 

  • You are customer-obsessed - experience managing strategic customer relationships (3-5 years of experience in Success, Sales, or Account Management), and managing a large and complex portfolio.

  • You are a great communicator - you are comfortable working with individuals at varying levels of the organizations you support.

  • You know your stuff - you are deeply familiar with or have worked in the flex workspace / workspace-as-a-serve industry.

  • You are a bit of a Product geek - proficiency and comfort in understanding software solutions and translating that knowledge to customer engagement.

  • You love to build processes - experience in developing success plans.

  • You are agile - Ability to build strong internal working relationships and effective cross-functional teams

  • You are strategic - You are comfortable with planning and execution at both the strategic and operational levels 

  • You like to work autonomously - You are comfortable building and owning customers and processes end-to-end.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Experience building processes in HubSpot a plus.

  • You thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment
