About the role

As a LiquidSpace Concierge, you are responsible to support Enterprise customer space requests. In this entry-level role, you will serve to understand Enterprise customer needs, help secure space to suit those needs, assist in finding space alternatives, handle billing inquiries with external partners, and ensure a smooth concierge-assisted booking experience for our Enterprise customers.

How will you contribute value to LiquidSpace

  • Manage inbound concierge-assisted booking requests from Enterprise customers globally. 

  • Provide a positive customer experience and point-of-contact for questions regarding booking requests and confirmations.

  • Provide auditing assistance for concierge-assisted space across the LiquidSpace Enterprise marketplace.

  • Manage and document processes across multiple supply partners and software tools.

  • Work closely with support and Enterprise Success to escalate customer issues or venue concerns.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
