Enterprise Sales Associate

You will partner with the LiquidSpace Account Executive team to cultivate, fulfill and close dedicated workspace requirements for major Enterprise clients. You will receive demand signals and requirements for flexible office space needs of one month or greater, develop workspace collections from the LiquidSpace marketplace, and fulfill major transactions.  You are team oriented, focused on the detailed needs of the customer, and you have the organizational agility to work with all of the key domains within LiquidSpace: sales, customer success, product, marketing, supply, operations, and executive leadership. 

Responsibilities

  • Execute the LiquidSpace Enterprise sales playbook to support client needs for dedicated space.  

  • Receive customer requirements for space needs and develop collections of monthly space solutions.  

  • Manage the task order response and task order fulfillment process for the LiquidSpace General Services Administration contract with the federal government of the United States.  

  • Consult with new and existing Enterprise Accounts and propose alternative workspace options for their existing office portfolio in order to reduce costs, attract and retain talent and improve sustainability.

  • Identify the best practices within your portfolio of customers with dedicated space needs and benchmark best practices from across the industry.  Translate that information to improve execution across your account portfolio.

  • Develop mastery of the LiquidSpace Enterprise solution, including Workplace Manager and Marketplace.  

  • Explore opportunities to upsell additional solutions to new and existing Enterprise Accounts.

  • Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success colleagues on retention and expansion initiatives. Coordinate with Product & Marketing colleagues to develop and execute product solutions that enable the delivery of value to accounts.  Manage all renewals for dedicated space needs for select Enterprise accounts.

  • Provide Product and Development colleagues with customer feedback on current product UX and identify new opportunities to enhance our end to end customer experiences. Provide our Supply team with critical input on supply needs across the marketplace on behalf of enterprise customers.

  • Be accountable for Enterprise account success metrics that include # Dedicated deals, Revenue from dedicated deals, renewal %, account expansion %, Leads generated for platform on-demand capabilities.


Preferred Skills

  • You are customer obsessed - experience managing successful Enterprise customer relationships (3-5 years of experience preferred)

  • Experience in the flexible office industry a plus

  • You are a great communicator - experience and capability engaging at all levels of a major Enterprise account with strong presentation skills.  You translate those external skills to the internal team at LiquidSpace.

  • You are detail oriented and love to develop a better process to meet the needs of the customer

  • You are agile - Ability to build strong internal working relationships and effective cross functional teams

  • You are comfortable with planning and execution at both the strategic and operational levels 

  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM solutions like HubSpot, PipeDrive or SalesForce.
