Partner Success Manager

The Partner Success Manager ensures that our strategic supply partners, specifically institutional landlords and investors, understand, are engaged and see value in the product and services provided by LiquidSpace. You will be introduced to the client during the sales phase by a Business Development Manager to demonstrate to the client the product features and value. You will be responsible for onboarding new accounts to ensure accurate and complete information on their profile(s) and workspace listings to drive leads and bookings through the LiquidSpace platform. You will be responsible for product engagement and adoption by Asset Management and Leasing teams. You will have regular check-in with your accounts to share data and promote success. You will work closely with our Marketing team to create campaigns to drive success including leads and bookings to your supply partner accounts. 


  • Create and execute a process to optimize the Landlord partner experience with the LiquidSpace platform, from initial on-boarding through long term scaling.

  • Develop benchmarks and best practices for interactions with you and the Landlord team. Translate that information to create improved execution across your account portfolio.

  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of public listings to drive successful leads and bookings.

  • Ensure that your accounts complete onboarding, are trained in the product and ready to deliver an exceptional experience to all LiquidSpace customers.

  • Develop a training schedule and conduct web-based training sessions for key stakeholders to promote success.

  • Develop and maintain expertise on our product with the ability to explain key features, benefits. 

  • Develop a strong knowledge of and personal relationships with your strategic accounts.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of account management, customer support experience in a technology or  SaaS company

  • Experience working in commercial real estate a bonus

  • Experience with CRM systems, Google Analytics and other customer engagement tools

  • Outgoing personality able to communicate at all levels of an organization

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
