The Position

AREVON is recruiting for the position of Procurement Analyst/Associate (Ops), an outstanding opportunity for individuals seeking an exciting, high-growth work environment in one of the most important industries for the 21st century.

Job Description

The Procurement Associate (Ops) will be a part of the Arevon Procurement Team and will report directly to the Sr. Procurement Manager. The Procurement Associate (Ops) will be responsible for:

• Support Arevon’s procurement needs through the PR to Pay process by executing quality, accurate and timely purchase orders.

• Source materials and services to support Arevon’s operating fleet.

• Develop and administer new procurement processes for the organization.

• Maintain and process documentation (Pre quals, W9s, banking Information, Vendor Setup in NetSuite, etc.)

• Manage logistics for equipment deliveries and inventory support to operating sites.

• Support commercial negotiations with the Contracts team.

• Working with the CAM team, manage and support spares and service needs for operating assets.

• Administer and support RFPs as needed.

• Act as a liaison between accounting and suppliers to manage invoice resolution.

• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures.

• Collaboratively interacts with CAM, Engineering and Construction to establish and maintain lines of contact in a cross functional work environment.

• Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential vendors.

• Performs other duties as assigned.


Experience Requirements

• 0-5 years of sourcing/procurement experience required.

• Renewable energy experience is a plus.

• Approaches conventional thinking with a demonstrated ability to analyze and think strategically.

• Able to perform and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Entrepreneurial spirited with a team player mentality.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Open to 5-10% travel.


Education Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering, Supply Chain or Business discipline from an accredited institution.
