The Position 

 

AREVON is recruiting for the position of Contracts Coordinator Intern, an outstanding opportunity for individuals seeking an exciting, high-growth work environment in one of the most important industries for the 21st century.

 

Job Description 

 

The Contracts Coordinator Intern will be responsible for leading or supporting a number of tasks that will create value within the Procurement department.  The role will be part of the Procurement team and will report directly to the Contracts Manager. The responsibilities of the Contracts Coordinator Intern include but are not limited to:

·      Ensure that all contract records are accurate and up to date. 

·      Draft and finalize the Contracting Standard Operating Procedures.

·      Manage risk review process prior to execution of a contract.

·      Support contract reporting metrics for the Procurement team.

·      Assist in the development of the Purchase Request to Purchase Order processes (NetSuite). 

·      Lead the creation of various templates and forms.

·      Support process creation and improvement for existing processes. 

·      Work with other departments to assist with any special projects that are requested.

 

 

Experience Requirements 

 

·      0 to 2 years of relevant work experience. 

·      Team player with a coachable attitude and eagerness to learn.

·      Excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated, goal and process oriented

·      Strong organizational and communication skills 

·      Advanced Excel and Word skills are preferred.

 

 

Education Requirements 

·         Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or paralegal certificate.
