What You’ll Do: 

• Assess, optimize, and anticipate guest, member and homeowner needs.

• Daily use of software to connect with guests and report maintenance issues.

• Communicate efficiently with all Gravity Haus Teammates to create a memorable guest experience. 

• Make keys, assist with guest room orientation and property orientation.

• Educate guests on our Gravity Haus Membership benefits.

• Provide anticipatory guest service to ensure a comfortable stay.

• Greet all arrivals to the building and assist in direction with parking, valet and golf cart rides to the base of the gondola. 

• Assist with Haus Quiver gear execution as needed

• Own and assist with all luggage handling, building orientation and vehicle management

• Own golf cart/vehicle cleanliness and maintenance

• Collectively work towards driving revenue across the Gravity Haus family. 

• Be a bridge between all operations and front desk

• Report any guest/member.homeowner issues and concerns.

• Participate in company meetings and communicate on the intercompany Slack channels. 

• Ensure the consistent execution of service standards.

• Cultivate friendships and loyalty within the Gravity Haus community

• Be a Gravity Haus Ambassador with an active part in our mission and vision. 

• Provide a genuine and elevated guest experience with a community focus, sustainable approach and driven attitude.
