The Gravity Haus Brand Manager is the ultimate embodiment and advocate for Gravity Haus and all Gravity Haus brands.


The Brand Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with membership sales, events + experiences, partnerships and all our operating businesses (hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, gear shop, gyms) to translate business objectives into a cohesive content calendar that tells the brand(s)’ story, generates excitement, engagement and ensures measurability is at the heart of the Gravity Haus content strategy to enable reporting and optimizations.


This person will work closely with the Director Marketing to develop campaigns for all Gravity Haus brands including but not limited to Gravity Haus Membership, Hotels, Dryland Fitness + Spa, Haus Quiver, Unravel, Cabin Juice, and Slope Room. The Brand Manager will coordinate the collection/production of assets needed to execute the plan, and will research/define new ways to engage the Gravity Haus community across the digital landscape.


The Brand Manager will be integral to capturing and telling the Gravity Haus story across all locations (travel required, mountain-living preferred) and brands (can adapt copy and social media content to each brand’s voice and tone).

  • Tech-savvy: You are a total digital powerhaus with all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn) and web-based creative productivity platforms (Canva, CapCute, VN, Asana, Google Suite + more).

  • Creative: You have the imagination to produce new ideas that set the Gravity Haus brand apart. You can create captivating content that provides value to the Gravity Haus audience.

  • An excellent communicator: You have written and verbal communication skills to clearly deliver your ideas and directions to your Gravity Haus teammates, and you’re a savvy copywriter who can adapt copy to each individual Gravity Haus brand.

  • Analytical: Data excites you and you can pull social media and campaign reports to analyze information and make future marketing recommendations and decisions across all Gravity Haus brands.

  • Impeccably organized: This position works with many departments and content types simultaneously. You must be able to effectively manage your  time, projects and budgets properly - in a fast paced environment.

  • A collaborator + a decision maker: You love collaborating with multiple managers and departments to develop plans, but are self-sufficient to execute and make game-time decisions about the text, visuals and messaging you use to tell each brand’s story.

  • In-tune with the mountain lifestyle: You know the outdoor industry lingo, brands and companies because, well, it’s woven into your everyday mountain lifestyle. While mountain living is not required for this position, it is an important piece that will be factored into our hiring decisions.


What You’ll Do: 

  • Support Director of Marketing in developing & executing marketing campaigns for Gravity Haus and all sub brands.

  • Develop, in collaboration with all brand teams, a multi-channel content calendar and quarterly social media marketing plan for all Gravity Haus brands. Activate and measure the success of that strategy(ies) to inform future tactics and campaigns.

  • Plan & execute the daily social media plan for all Gravity Haus brands across all social channels in coordination with the marketing calendar by:

    • Posting 3-5 times per week on social channels

    • Responding to messages + comments

    • Growing each account by 10%+ month over month


  • Lead in the development of amplifying key brand initiatives around our Community, Sustainability, and Employment Brand by collecting and creating organic content from:

    • Gravity Haus properties

    • Gravity Haus brands

    • the Gravity Haus community

  • Leverage "short notice" content opportunities, such as big snow events, to maximize the exposure for Gravity Haus. Ensure Gravity Haus is an active participant in relevant & timely conversations.

  • Update 3rd party platforms for all GH businesses: new photography, update hours and business information to maximize Gravity Haus's exposure and SEO opportunities across all platforms.

  • Stay current on marketing trends for social  and digital marketing and make recommendations to implement new trends to keep Gravity Haus’ marketing ahead of the curve.

  • Support the development of all digital marketing collateral to tell each brand’s story through photos and videos. 

  • Create and manage a cohesive influencer marketing plan that supports the GH Brand and properties.

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

  • 4+ years in a content-related marketing role

  • Experience building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns

Physical Requirements 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Regular travel to various properties and events to collect content for each location and brand. Current locations include: Vail, Breckenridge, Winter Park, Steamboat, Aspen, and Tahoe-Truckee.
