Assembling plated desserts
Maintaining mise en place of their station.
Consolidate, rotate, organize, and clean station.
Maintain a well-organized, stocked, efficient, clean and safe working environment.
Effectively communicate with all members of kitchen team.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Maintain company confidentiality.
Establish priorities based on the kitchen's needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has 1+ years working in a pastry kitchen, though the experience is not required for
the right candidate
High School Diploma
Hungry for experience, eager to learn
Basic math skills Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail
Ability to understand written and verbal communication in English
Ability to initiate problem solving
Ability to understand and implement standard operating procedures
Ability to learn quickly
Job type:Part time or full-time seasonal. Position can be open after the season for the right candidate.
8-10 hour shifts
Holidays and weekends required
Up to $20-24 an hour depending on experience
