Position Purpose/ Summary

Responsible for engaging members, guests and staff to build a community of adventure seekers who care for the planet, each other, and are passionate about creating memorable experiences.  Delivers a welcoming and knowledgeable experience to all who partake in the yoga offerings in Dryland Vail.  Must possess a heart for hospitality and be committed to providing offerings that drive loyalty with our staff and clients.  A relentless positive attitude and willingness to strive for excellence is required.  Personal commitment to growth and wellness is preferred. 

Essential Duties and responsibilities

Is an AMBASSADOR and LEADS with positivity & by example.  

  • Train private clients

  • Train members and guests in a class setting

  • Organize and clean up equipment

  • Assess movement patterns through administering a Functional Movement Screen

  • Administer Body Compositions via electrical impedance

  • Track client progress

  • Follow up with clients for booking

  • Communicate with the desk staff when a client needs booked

  • Manage client schedules

  • Coach 3-5s per week

  • Must be able to coach mornings and evenings

  • Has team spirit and is always willing to covers when needed

  • Manage personal schedule with the Fitness Director

  • Attend regular trainer meetings held by the Fitness Director

  • Provide excellent customer service

Is CREATIVE and committed to QUALITY. 

  • Creates new speciality workshops 1-2 times per year

  • Stays up to date with current trends and brings fresh class and workshop ideas to management

  • Maintains cleanliness and functionality of the facility. Reports maintenance or housekeeping issues in a timely manner. 

  • All other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience 

HS diploma 

Trainer Certification
