We are looking for a a talented Massage Therapist to join our team of genuine hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate must possess a heart for hospitality and be committed to providing resort spa offerings that drive loyalty with our staff and clients, delivers a welcoming, therapeutic, and recovery-based experience to all who partake in the Spa offerings in Dryland Vail.

Essential Duties and responsibilities

Is an AMBASSADOR.  

  • Attends staff meetings and training as required. 

  • Is engaged and provides input to improve spa experience. 

  • Is passionate about wellness and committed to making a difference for others.

  • Continually strives to understand all the services, fitness, spa, Haus Quiver, Slope Room, Unravel & Gravity Haus offerings.  

  • Familiar with Gravity Haus membership plans.

Is committed to QUALITY. 

  • Delivers therapeutic massage according to trained protocol, and acts with appropriate client direction.

  • Presents self professionally, in uniform and is prepared for services. 

  • Arrives well in advance of first appointment to prepare the workspace, and is punctual with client appointment start / close timing.

  • Serves guests with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.

  • Remains present in the spa unless permission is granted by spa management team to take a break or leave property.

  • Speaks in a professional and courteous manner to spa guests and co-workers.  

  • Sets self and others up for success.  Responsible for restocking back bar and linens as appropriate, and specifically to ensure seamless transition for next team member and guest.

  • Adheres to OSHA and DORA guidelines for hygiene and cleanliness of workspace and product.

  • Merchandises and restocks inventory as appropriate, and strives to lower cost of goods when applicable. 

  • Maintains cleanliness and functionality of the facility. Reports maintenance or housekeeping issues in a timely manner. Turns off electrical equipment to maintain safety of space.

Is TRUSTWORTHY, RELIABLE, and comfortable playing on a TEAM.

  • All other duties as assigned.
