Gravity Haus Breckenridge is looking for an experienced sous chef to join our team of adventure lovers looking to provide enlightened hospitality to our members and guests. Join a community of like-minded adventurers on our mission to galvanize a global membership of outdoor enthusiasts that care about their personal growth and the planet. By day, 7am-6pm, we offer locally roasted seed-to-cup coffee and elevated baked goods and cuisine at Unravel Coffee. All day and especially come Apres and into the evening our 3-meal full service restaurant Cabin Juice Elevated Eatery offers diners honest family-style dishes with exceptionally friendly service and an impressive bar program. We're looking for a competent and motivated Sous Chef to join Executive Chef Josiah Gordon and F&B Director Kyle Blekicki on a quest to craft Breck's most authentic, elevated casual dining experience. Minimum 5 years experience working in leadership roles at elevated restaurant establishments. We're also always seeking motivated F&B professionals still gaining experience in a variety of service and culinary roles.
