By day, 7am-6pm, we will be offering locally roasted seed-to-cup coffee and elevated fast casual cuisine at Unravel Coffee. Come Apres and into the evening (3pm-close) our new full service restaurant Slope Room, a modern new American steakhouse will be offering diners sophisticated pasture-raised dishes with exceptional service and a uniquely curated wine and spirits program. We're looking for competent and motivated Sous Chef to join Executive Chef Alberto Soto on a quest to bring Vail's finest culinary experience to life. Minimum 5 years experience working in leadership roles at elevated culinary operations.
