What You’ll Do  


As a GTM Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to support the recruitment efforts for the Go-to-Market (GTM) teams within our organization. You will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to help drive the company's growth and achieve its strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.


Responsibilities will include: 


·       Partner with hiring managers: Build strong relationships with GTM hiring managers to understand their talent requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.

·       Talent acquisition strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire exceptional candidates for GTM roles, including sales, marketing, customer success, and business development.

·       Sourcing and candidate identification: Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify and engage with qualified candidates. Proactively build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

·       Screening and evaluation: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates against job requirements. Coordinate and conduct interviews, including behavioral and competency-based interviews, to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential.

·       Candidate management: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Keep candidates engaged and informed, providing timely updates and feedback. Coordinate interviews, travel arrangements, and offer negotiations.

·       Collaboration with HR partners: Work closely with HR partners, including compensation and benefits, to ensure competitive and compelling offers are extended to selected candidates. Provide input on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence to drive recruitment strategies.

·       Employer branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including job postings, social media presence, and participation in recruitment events. Represent the company professionally and effectively communicate its mission, values, and culture.

·       Recruitment metrics and reporting: Track recruitment activities, maintain accurate candidate data, and generate reports on key metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline status. Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.


Preferred Experience 


·        Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on GTM roles.

·        Strong knowledge of the Go-to-Market functions, including sales, marketing, customer success, and business development.

·        Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR partners.

·        Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

·        Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

·        Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

·        Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

·        Bachelor's degree
