What You’ll Do
Blackpoint Cyber is a provider of leading-edge cybersecurity threat hunting, detection, and response technology. Blackpoint was founded by former National Security Agency (NSA) cyber operations experts that applied their expertise to bring nation/state grade technologies to commercial customers around the world. Reporting directly to the Controller, the finance team is seeking a detail oriented billing specialist. This position will be full time and the ideal candidate will possess excellent data entry skills. This role will work with other departments in a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create invoices to be sent directly to customers in a timely manner
- Post and reconcile payments to the accounts receivable ledger
- Verify discrepancies by customers and resolve billing issues
- Update payment information
- Send bill reminders to customers regarding outstanding accounts
- Provide information to the customer support and sales team as requested
- Calculate and track commission for each of our sales representatives
- Perform a variety of general clerical duties, including telephone inquiries, opening mail, handle cash, and other routine functions
