The Project Manager will actively manage, track, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to execute Investigative implementation projects successfully and in a timely manner. The Project Manager will manage receiving the required data, requirements, and other necessary information according to specification, and managing the internal and external project activities. The role will also provide close support to customers during the onboarding timeframe. This position will operate in close collaboration with a cross-functional team including Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Training, and Customer Support.

 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

·       Effectively manage the new system implementation from handoff from the sales team, through system go-live, and transition to support.

·       Closely monitor and frequently report on progress of implementation projects.

·       Prepare planning documents for new system implementations.

·       Attend customer meetings and prepare communications (e.g., meeting notes, action items, requirements documents, etc.)

·       Prepare regular status internal and external detailed and summary reports to track requirements, deliverables, project risk, and progress.

·       Identify and mitigate project risks to the appropriate management channels.

·       Effectively manage all aspects of project control processes.

 

Minimum Qualifications

·       Minimum three years’ Project Management experience working within the Software field.

·       Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

·       Successful track record in managing technical (software) projects.

·       Time and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and multiple projects, and priorities.

·       Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and online communication platforms

·       Working knowledge of MS or Atlassian Project Management tools including Jira and Confluence.

·       A Bachelors’ degree is required. PMP is desired.
