SoundThinking is looking for a passionate experienced professional familiar with the unique nuances of managing facility security operations (eg. hotels, hospitals, etc.) to serve as a trusted partner consultant in driving value for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a high level of interpersonal communication skills and the ability to embrace cutting-edge technology that the SoundThinking SafePointe platform offers.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with assigned SoundThinking accounts. Requires building relationships with multiple customer staff from front line to high-ranking leaders.
- Partner with customers to develop outcome measures for the use of SafePointe system.
- Coordinate and lead Annual Account Reviews.
- Educate and influence customers to adopt best practices for leveraging the technology within the overall safety strategy and operating procedures.
- Brief client leadership on outcomes and benefits resulting from the SafePointe system for the purpose of validating business case value to support contracting.
- Partner with other entities and industry organizations as a subject matter expert (SME) and seek opportunities in which to collaborate.
- Support sales team when requested in sales engagements by sharing prior facility security and safety experience and in addressing strategies and best practices.
- Participate in and practice positive Net Promoter (NPS) strategies.
- Be the internal customer advocate representing the client’s needs and identifying potential product and service opportunities.
- Work collaboratively across SoundThinking to represent the customer and community perspective.
- Extensive travel required.
Minimum Qualifications
- BA degree or higher in a related field is required.
- Extensive facility security and safety experience is required; leadership experience at the command level is preferred.
- Experience successfully collaborating with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders and executives.
- Excellent verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.
- Must be team-oriented, and resourceful, with critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
