SoundThinking is looking for a detailed oriented Field Engineer to test the performance of our systems. If you have testing experience and are detailed oriented, you may be great match for this role.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Schedule, organize, and manage system testing and data collection at customer locations.
- Ensure the completion and integrity of testing, data, and results.
- Analyze and report on test results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the test and data collection process.
- Clearly and professionally communicate with mixed audience of technical and non-technical teammates and customers.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders.
- Document all work using provided tools (MS Office, Monday.com, ServiceMax, etc.)
- Requires up to 100% travel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage field testing, data collection, and quality assurance with a high degree of accuracy, as demonstrated through prior technical roles.
- Strong leadership background with experience training, supervising, and mentoring teams while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service in dynamic field environments.
- Demonstrates flexibility and quick adaptability across a wide range of technical and customer-facing roles, thriving in fast-paced and constantly changing field conditions.
- Meticulously detailed oriented.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for productivity.
- Close access to major airport.
