Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality professional system installations.
  • Read and understand comprehensive site surveys at customer locations that document physical placement of weapons detection sensors and cameras, PoE wiring, and IT equipment.
  • Ensure all installation processes are documented, and all installers are trained and   adequately prepared to successfully complete their assignments. Install weapons detection systems at customer locations.  Including anchoring security bollards, installation of security cameras, racking IT equipment, running Cat6 cable, cutting concrete, filling concrete seams, and other such activities. 
  • Manage installers and vendors during installation to ensure quality execution and installation on time.
  • Work closely with project managers.
  • Resolve discrepancies and conflicts with plans and personnel. 
  • Validate quality of installation using a combination of process controls and onsite checks.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Document all work using provided tools (MS Office, MS PowerPointe, Monday.com,  SalesForce and ServiceMax, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Requires loading, unloading, lifting of equipment, some of which are heavy and bulky.
  • 10+ years of experience low voltage Ethernet cabling and light construction.
  • 3+ years of experience managing field installation teams.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be able to operate safely and comply with company and facility safety procedures.
  • Must be able to lift 100 lbs.
  • Prior experience with AI, or readiness to learn and utilize AI tools for job-related tasks.

Travel 75% or more
