Clearance:  TS/SCI with Polygraph

Synertex is seeking Senior HR Data Analysts with TS/SCI with Polygraph to support a newly awarded contract with a government client in McLean, Va.  Work is expected to begin in May 2022.

Responsibilities:

·         Works closely with the HR Management Support Lead  to support position audits, develops PD template, updates/creates PDs to include toolkit development to assist in creating unbiased and balanced PD

·         Develops career development planning based on occ series, positions, and PDs

·         Develops training curriculum for career development planning

·         Conduct enterprise training on career development planning as necessary

·         Collaborates with Change Management team and Quality Assurance Manager on positions, PDs, and related changes

·         Collaborates with the data group on position and PD related data and communicate/present report/visualizations to leadership

·         Develops SOPs

·         Processes/Activities:  conduct analysis, audits, create Position Descriptions, Workforce planning, Training

·         Tools: MS Office, Personal Operations Portal system, PD Library, Lawson

 Requirements:

·         TS/SCI with Polygraph

·         No degree with 24 years of experience OR

·         Bachelor's degree and 18 years' experience OR

·         Masters with 10 years of experience
