Synertex is seeking a Senior Exercise Coordinator with TS/SCI with Polygraph to support a newly awarded contract with a government client in McLean, Va.  Work is expected to begin in May 2022.

 

Responsibilities

• ·Support Government personnel in planning, designing, developing, coordinating, and executing exercises and other related activities requiring facilitation in compliance with national and IC exercise policies and related guidance.
• ·         Maintaining an annual internal exercise strategy and planning of exercises
• ·         Support TA on all logistical requirements (e.g., all required materials, tools, and space) and approvals are in place.
• ·         May provide or arrange classified and unclassified space for trainings, workshops, and meetings if requested by the Government, typically within the WMA.
• ·         Responsible for all aspects of exercises, including design, tracking participation, arranging SME participation if required, preparation of exercise outcome documentation (e.g., analysis and assessment of key findings and courses of action), and incorporating participant feedback for future course improvement.

 

Requirements:

• ·         TS/SCI with Polygraph
• ·         No degree with 24 years of related experience OR
• ·         Bachelor's degree and 18 years of related experience OR
• ·         Masters with 10 years of related experience
