Synertex is seeking a Senior Training Administrator for a position supporting a government client in McLean, Va.

Position Responsibilities: 

• Provides dedicated support to IC HC; provides general support to other Directorates, Offices, and Centers as required

• Manages the administration aspects of the training from advertisement through record management, proper facility access, attendance, and post training evaluations, along with other administrative activities to ensure the training is conducted in the most efficient and effective manner

  Ensures all logistical requirements and approvals are in place

• Provides or arranges both classified and unclassified meeting space for trainings, workshops, and meetings if requested by the Government

• Assists with the advertisement of courses and other learning events

Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • No degree with 24 years of related experience OR
  • Bachelors degree with 18 years of related experience OR
  • Masters degree with 10 years of related experience
