Synertex, LLC is seeking a Business and Requirements Analyst for an existing contract with 3 years remaining supporting the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Program Executive Officer (PEO) in Quantico, VA. The selected candidate must be willing to travel to pick up their government furnished equipment in Virginia. We expect the position to remain a remote working situation for the foreseeable future, but with all government contracts, that could change based on the needs of the government.

The position requires someone with initiative, who is customer focused, the ability to work independently, when necessary, and can effectively manage their time in a remote working environment.

 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of gathering, analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Experience working DoD programs
  • Experience performing planning to identify the organizational business needs to assist in bridging the gap between business problems and the technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of creating and completing program documentation.
  • SharePoint experience
  • Customer focused
  • Experience running meetings, taking notes, preparing powerpoint presentations, gather customer requirements

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 7 years related experience


Clearance

  • Active Secret
