Placement upon award of contract

Description/Duties: Provides onsite data science analysis of network Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for DTO, adversary state and non-state criminal actors. Develops network chaining through database tagging and automation for enhanced long-term analysis of changing TTPs and develop database visualization tools.

Requirements:

·  Experience communicating and reporting to/with Government customers.

·  Experience developing network chaining solutions for counter narco-trafficking, counter proliferation, counter terrorism, and counter detection missions.

Education: Master’s degree in Network Architecture, Network Defense, Computer Science Development, Data Science Processing, or System Automation.

Minimum Experience: 10 years of experience with advanced network development (with 10 years of experience in forensic network analysis, consultation, network architecture or cyber warfare.)

Clearance: TS SCI personnel security clearance from the Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office

Desired Skills/Experience:

·  Experience with USSOUTHCOM and USSOCOM areas of responsibility.

 · Professional Military Education (PME)/Joint Professional Military Education (JPME): Service School, or IC Agency intelligence analysis training; advanced professional certification in national security, homeland security, or national defense
